About the Role

At Agent Growth Architects (AGA), we build human-powered revenue engines. We are looking for a Sales Operations Lead who is the bridge between our automated systems and high-performing people. You aren't just a recruiter or sales person; you are a talent scout and a high-performance coach. Your goal is to identify, interview, and mentor the top 5% of Brand Ambassadors who will become the "Leaders" of our decentralized sales force.
