About the Role
At Agent Growth Architects (AGA), we build human-powered revenue engines. We are looking for a Sales Operations Lead who is the bridge between our automated systems and high-performing people. You aren't just a recruiter or sales person; you are a talent scout and a high-performance coach. Your goal is to identify, interview, and mentor the top 5% of Brand Ambassadors who will become the "Leaders" of our decentralized sales force.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Identification: Conduct interviews for new Team Leads.
- Leadership Development: Conduct 1-on-1 coaching calls with top performers to help them build and manage their own downlines (MLM structure).
- New Market Activation: Launch and adapt the sales pitch for new cities, manually screen and "hand-hold" the first Brand Ambassadors in a new market to ensure they achieve their first sales and prove the concept.
- Barrier Analysis: Perform deep-dive interviews with middle-performing agents to uncover why they are stuck and refine our training scripts.
- Use AI tools to scale your leadership across hundreds of BAs, synthesize dozens of interview transcripts into "Barrier Reports," automate the generation of localized sales scripts, and produce high-impact training assets in hours to make our network smarter and faster.
- Fraud & Quality Control: Conduct fraud investigations and sales verifications to ensure the integrity of the payout system.
- Daily, weekly, and monthly reports: Provide visual reports on the health of the human engine. You will track Sales per Active BA, Lead-to-First-Sale Conversion Time and Rate, and Retention Rates.
Required Qualifications:
- High-Level Leadership: exeprience in Sales, Recruitment, or Network Marketing leadership. You must know how to spot a "Leader" in a 30-minute call.
- Exceptional Communication: You must be able to motivate others while maintaining strict professional literacy.
- Strategic Thinking: You don't just follow a script; you improve it. You should be able to challenge ideas if you see a better way to activate a market.
- Resilience: Commission-only environments are tough. You need the emotional intelligence to lead people through "slow" weeks without losing momentum.
