About the Role
At Agent Growth Architects (AGA) we build human-powered revenue engines. We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator who thrives on high-volume task management and extreme attention to detail. You are the final mile of our delivery, responsible for the logistics of our field assets, the accuracy of our payouts, and the heartbeat of our Brand Ambassador (BA) communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Management & Content: Execute the daily posting schedule across community channels. You are responsible for maintaining high engagement and ensuring all participant questions are answered immediately.
- Platform Administration: Place already-designed onboarding assets (images, texts, quizzes, and videos) into the BA platform. You ensure the user journey is technically flawless and visually aligned with the brand.
- Ad Production: Use templates and AI tools to produce new ad variations for Meta, TikTok, and Google. You don't need to be a lead designer, but you must have the "eye" to maintain quality.
- Financial Operations: Perform weekly commission calculations and ensure timely, accurate payouts. You must have a zero-error mindset when it comes to the team's money.
- Candidate Support: Actively guide candidates through the "Application → Onboarding" stage. You identify where people are getting stuck and proactively help them finish the process.
- Logistics & Asset Management: Design (using templates) and order physical BA assets like flags, flyers, and tables. You manage the coordination of local pop-up events and ensure the right gear arrives at the right city on time.
Required Qualifications:
- High Literacy: Perfect written English. Since you are communicating with ambassadors and posting content, your grammar must be impeccable.
- Process Discipline: You love checklists and Notion boards. You are the person who notices a $1 discrepancy in a payout or a typo in a post before it goes live.
- AI-Agility: Proficiency with tools like Canva (Magic Studio), ChatGPT, and basic automation. You should be able to produce a week's worth of content in 3-4 hours.
- Logistics Mindset: Experience in basic project coordination or e-commerce/procurement is a plus.
