At Agent Growth Architects (AGA) we build human-powered revenue engines. We’re looking for a Growth Architect who is half-marketer and half-operator. You aren't just here to run ads; you are here to build the "Brain" of the operation and act as the Systems Administrator for the entire team.
You will own the end-to-end journey of a Brand Ambassador (BA) and ensure that every internal task across the project is tracked, executed, and closed without friction.
The Role
You are the engine of the ambassador funnel — from the first ad a candidate sees to the training content that prepares them for their first sale. You will combine creative copywriting with technical campaign management to scale programs from hundreds to thousands of active participants. As the Systems Administrator, you also hold the "master key" to our project management, ensuring no agreement is broken and no teammate is stalled.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign & Channel Management: Setup and optimize acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, job boards, SMS, email) including media planning and creative rotation.
- Conversion Copywriting: Write high-converting copy for customer blasts, nurture sequences, recruitment ads, and landing pages.
- Creative Asset Production: Develop "Swipe Files" (images/videos) and produce training assets, including videos and sales guides.
- Funnel Optimization: Run A/B tests and refine assets based on hard conversion data.
- Community Architecture: Manage Telegram channels and chats, creating engagement mechanics, challenges, and leaderboards to maintain high sales velocity.
- Platform Vibecoding: Use AI (Cursor, Replit, Claude) to rapidly ship platform features, automated nurture sequences, and MLM commission logic.
- Educational Webinars: Produce and lead webinars to onboard newcomers and re-activate existing BAs.
- International Expansion: Localize recruitment funnels for new markets, adapting both technical infrastructure and content.
- Performance Reporting: Provide visual daily/weekly reports on key metrics (CPA, Click-to-Applicant CR, ROAS).
Required Qualifications:
- AI-Native Builder: Proficiency in using AI to write code, generate creatives, and automate workflows is non-negotiable.
- Proactive Problem Solver: If a contractor disappears, you don't just report the failure. You find a replacement, ping them on every channel, and bring us options to fix it.
